Seat Heaters-05 Five Hundred

Hi all, a newby here. Both front seat heaters in the wife's car quit at the same time, seat and back on both sides. Checked the 2 fuses that the owners manual showed, both good. Read the thread that dealt with the wiring problem on the drivers side. Does apply to passengers as well and the seat backs or do I have another problem? Thanks in advance for any help, Joe

Could be several things. Here's the diagram for the system.

Thanks, that's a start. Now I know for sure that their is only one control module and it's on the drivers seat.

Re: Seat Heaters-05 Five Hundred

I have replaced the heater pad twice on the drivers side of the wifes car. I can tell you this if the seat back is the problem as it was both times on hers, then the seat bottom won't work either. Its not a hard job to replace the pad just takes some time. You will need to get a good pair of hog ring pliers also. The replacement pad comes with some but they're not that good. Less than two hours to do the repair.
