Hello,
I'm looking to replace my serpentine belt on my 2007 Ford five hundred. There is NO room to work. I searched several times on this forum and have come up empty on a procedure. Is there a chance you have to remove the inner fender well?

Hi Andy. It looks like you'll need to remove the splash shield. Hope this info helps

Removal and Installation

All vehicles

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
Remove the 7 pin-type retainers and the RH splash shield.

Freestyle only

Remove the 3 A/C compressor pulley shield retainers and the shield.

All vehicles

Using a suitable belt tensioner release tool, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.
NOTE: Refer to the illustration for correct drive belt routing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
