I have a 2005 mercury Montego with factory radio and 4 speakers. I noticed that there is already a cut out in the rear window deck for 2 - 6x9 speakers. How hard would it be to add these speakers to the factory radio? I know the premier version of the montego comes with a 6 speaker system.

Not sure how hard it is, but You'll need an amp, and probably a new head unit(Not sure if the stock headunit can be hooked up to an amp)
Edit: And I just realized this topics a couple of months old.
Any news on it? I eventually want to try this on my FiveHundred
