im not GREAT with rwd cars, but i would think suspension, and slicks. if u arnt putting all the power to the ground. it isnt work putting the power through it. on my cavalier, i went from a high 16 to a low 15 with just slicks. but with my turbo itll be at least a high 13 :-) anyway back on subject, i would do slicks and suspension first.
