VL Commodore 5.0 V8 acceleration times??

Does anybody know the VL v8 acceleration times, cant seem to find them anywhere? looking for some comparisons...

sorry but did not know where to post this...??

The 184kw Group A did a 7 flat 0-100 and a 15.2 1/4 mile, the regular 122kw v8 did an 8.6 0-100 and 16.3 1/4 mile

thanks for that....wasnt any real quicker than the xf efi 6 cylinder; 1/4 mile 16.6 and 0-100 in 9.5 seconds, only had 1 kw short of a v8!! and the slightly quicker time would only be attributed to the diff ratios im guessing...

It's funny looking at the v8s from back then and then looking at todays. 290kw doing 13s/low 14s compared to 122kw doing mid 16s :)

And the VL 5.0 was only available with an auto unless you bought it through brock or HSV, or did the conversion yourself.

Diff ratio from memory for the basic VL was 3.08...
