As you all know, I got canaried... the week before, my alternator died... (at the drags)
The dande drags, over the past month, have cost my pocket, $985. Hey Bassy, what sort of sub setup could I have gotten for that? or even worse, How good could my Manual have been?

That $985 is devided into individual items, below:
Alternator: $120
Rear tyres: $140
Windscreen: $185
Front Tyres: $140
New 2 1/2 exhaust from cat back: $350
new rear brake pads: $50

Oh, and I still have the leaky rack pinion to deal with...

and i think it more bad luck than nething, but think of it this way it all stuff you should have done b4, and ur car appreticates you for it im sure. hehe.

What about fines, roadworthy costs etc? Wouldn't they cost extra aswell?

No fines, but I do have to add $120 in two roadworthy tests

Het Acid didnt know you had to get a new exhaust what happened there. Anyway at least you fixed a lot of stuff that was going to break anyway further down the track. Just think of this as a "Premptive Strike" on fixing your car.

Hey Acid, I know how ya feel.
My last session at the drags cost me an $850 diff after a 2nd gear burnout took it's toll.

The up side to all of this was that I had an absolute ball that night, I did some serious rubber smoking and also blew away quite a few commos.
I surprised a lot of people and since this night, most people have changed there attitude toward my car.

I know its a waste of money, and its a stupid thing to do, but its just a phase, so who cares, your only young once.

On the other hand, it has taught me a good lesson, and I have not dumped the clutch hard since.
