Hopefully this is the right place to ask questions about the above noted vehicle. I recently aquired a 1959 Meteor Ranchero. I know virtually nothing about this utility vehicle. Any info on the Meteor Ranchero would be very heplful. I thank all in advance for any information you can provide. I will post a pic of the vehicle as soon as possible.

O.K....More specific it shall be.
I have no idea where the fuse panel for this vehicle is located. Speedo works but no other electrical components seem to work. While the vehicle is in great shape, there are a couple of parts required including new inner door panels. Originals are there but rough...is there an interior kit available.
I would like to also know more about production numbers...how many Meteor Rancheros were made.....15K Ford Rancheros in the U.S. in 59...how many in Canada.
I also need help deciphering the tag on the vehicle.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi - been reading about these. According to the web sites and collectible Automobile Magazine they did not make any 1959's. Production ended in 1958 with 60 -90 units depending on where you read. So either you have a Ford Ranchero that was updated with Meteor parts or one of the rarest cars around. Good luck.
