It shifts fine (a bit delayed) when 1st running. After about 10-15 minutes of running the 2-3 shift won't happen unless I back off the gas pedal. I've adjusted the kickdown away for now, so I know that's not an issue. And I've changed the modulator. I hope this is OK to ask you guys after just joining this board? I did do an intro. Also, it's VERY sensitive....the slightest bit of throttle and she'll downshift while the gas linkage is nowhere near the kickdown linkage. Thanks guys

What's the vacuum at the Modulator?

I'll check. But it is hooked up to the vacuum tree towards the rear of the intake
manifold. Maybe one of the other lines going to the tree leaks. It does have a slightly rough idle. My gut's telling me that's probly not it though. But, I WILL check. Thanks
