'70 falcon 600 wagon

Howdy

I have a 1970 falcon 600 wagon. Does anyone know anything about them. very similar shaping , grill etc to an XW, so maybe a model of an XW. Any info appreciated.

Cheers

It's definately an XW Type Ford.It even has the visual appearance of an XW 'Falcon 500' Wagon as for example, only the 500 Wagon here in Australia had those Sill Moulds in the Wagon Range. The Basic Falcon did'nt and Fairmont had similar ones that joined to matching and connecting Wheel Arch Moulds. What Country are you in??If you are not in Australia, then maybe its called a '600' and is an Export Model??Do you have any clearer shots of the Badges and a picture of the Compliance Plate etc...Thanx!!!

Re: '70 falcon 600 wagon

A mate of mine bought a Fairlane Marquis from a guy who called it a MANGOOSE because he couldnt read the badge properly, lol. Because the numberplate was JSM --- MANGOOSE, got changed into MANJUICE. SO the Marquis became known as the Manjuice. A Falcon 600 is gotta be worth more then an ordinary 500 I reckon.
