if anyone is interested there was only 100 made and to my knowledge there is only 7 left in australia she was made in 1974 has a 250 pre xflow motor with 60 thou oversize pistons and rings 22-66\66-22 cam 2 V head ported and polished with a linx inlet manifold and 45 mm triple sidraft webbers (well at least she used to have the webbers untill somebody stole them) if anyone happens to recognize them from the pics (mainly the air filter) please let me know they are almost impossible to replace the setup i had. she also has a 9" limited slip diff with tramprods and fins on both sides she also has a bourg warner 4 speed single rail gearbox and the inside is decked out in blue,gold and black with tv,cd,cb & uhf and four fans all connected in an overhead console the van drivechain was originally set up by ken reid (of motor racing ledgend)and at the time he was the #2 engine mecania in oz please feel free to email me anytime with questions,comments or best of all if you know of where my part are

i know the surferoo the surfsider basicly had the fiberglass roof added onto her a boat shop in capalaba (closed down a few years ago) had the contract to make them bloody impossible to replace if i ever needed to

a bit late for a reply but thanks mind you she's not that good now in the process of doing her back up cheers btw i got a 350 holly on her now but i need some help to set it up properly as the 2v head i have is not the normal straight hook up so i need some sort of adapter as the carby floods and can't drive her still after the tripple webber setup cheers

That's a interesting setup, the 2V head is different from the norm by the look's of it, the part where the Inlet manifold attach's is not flat or 90 deg from the block like they normally are, it's on a angle or more like 45 deg from the block, I've never seen this before.
