There's been some on eBay that start at around $2000, but normally don't stay there for too long.

Don't worry mate, keep saving, and have some discipline. Don't spend money buying other cars and stuff. I reckon going without a car allows you to save much faster than you can imagine...

Pretty soon, you'll find out you have enough to start looking up ads and actually following up on them... Good luck mate, i am in the same position as you (pretty much).

I don't think you will find one for under 2k and if there ever is a coupe advertised for less anywhere it is gone in ten seconds .
There was a Xa coupe on ebay last night no pics and stuff all description buy now price of 1k and it was gone in a hour or two .

I just picked up a Xb gs coupe minus running gear in good condition for 1800.00 .So they are out there just people like me will get them Asap .I was put onto this car not advertised .Most coupes that go cheap never realy get advertised just circle of friend stuff

i could spend up to $3,500 for 1s in vic but transport cost so much so 1s out of vic about $3,000 thanks
