Welcom to ff and great choice on cars. See my thread earlier on on my Landau, Got the Landau out, first time in three years.

Anything you want to know, ask. I can take pics of anything and I am familiar with how they are put together.

Gday mate, glad to hear of another Landau on the mend. I have a 75 Cosmic Blue Landau that is basically origingal stock, reco 351, with only modification extractors and torq thrust 2 alloy mags 15X7 and 15x8 with 215's and 275's. I too am fairly new to the site and haven't worked out how to post pics. If you go to the ford coupe club website you will see my car on it.

As peter said its good to see the landaus numbers rise .My landau is undergoing rebirth its origional colour is emerald fire, my last one was gretion gold. When i finish getting the parts together and get rid of the bus beige slap job it was given , ill send you some picks. Do you have far to go on yours?

I bought the car off ebay about july last year as an unfinished project.

It is an immaculate shell (very rust free and clean) that has been painted 95% and then the owner must have lost interest or run out of money.

It came almost complete and i have been putting it together piece by piece. It has some glue stains coming through on the very back of the hoodlining and i need to replace that, but before i do i am in the process of getting a panel made for the area that the hoodlining backs onto the rear passenger windows (where the windows differ from standard hardtops) as the car only had the passenger side one.

Once i get that the hoodlining can go in, then i can put front and rear windows in and then the interior and theres only the lights and chrome and a couple of other small things to do.

I need to track down some seatbelts for the back (are there any other models that can be sourced for the seatbelts?)

Have any of you had experience installing the interior in these cars as i may need a bit of a walk-through at some stage.

Also do you guys have anything in the way of spares and are you keeping your cars original or a little bit customed.
