Ok, so I have a petrol tank which has rusted on the top (boot seals let water into the boot).

Any ideas where to get a replacement tank?
do I have to get a tank for a coupe - would an XA-XC sedan work? (It is a XB GS Fairmont Coupe).
I've looked around but no one seems to have one.

Are there any aftermarket tanks I could use (long range,etc).

Sedan tanks are the same as coupe and there are plenty of them around, try a few wreckers.

I have a long range tank for sale out of my gt coupe. v/good cond, sandblasted $400, comes complete with sender too. They are usually a hundred xtra.

If you get a drop tank made make it smaller .
As for a fuel tank goes you could try superoo here in perth they have alot of old falcon stuff used ,recon, new .
