Trouble with XA dash pad

Please can anyone help .
I am having trouble getting my dash pad of my XA does anyone know how to do this without screwing up the pad .
Any help would be great .

shouldn't be any trouble if all the screws are out. remove the glove box, cluster and cover on drivers side.
there will be 3 screws holding the pad down under the cluster, 2 under the g/box and 1 behind the ash tray in the centre. the back of the pad near the fire wall are all clips so should just pull out.

Thanks for that I knew about the ash tray and glove box but not about the
g/box ones I will have a try sunday morning.

Once you figure out where the screws are removing and refitting takes less than 10 minutes.

XB Fairmont (street car) 11.07@123.02mph.
