hi, i'm looking at an XB falcon coupe with a 460ci engine, 4spd top loader, 9" with 2 centres (one for drags and 1 for cruzing) a few extra spares, the car is clean and just needs a bit of paint "brightening" and will be good as gold. just want to know what this should be worth, its got good chromies and fat tyres, top interior, spare 160Lalloy drop tank.

also could someone tell me what are these engines like for maintanance, its running a 750 holley and all the electrics have been moved to the boot so its very neat underbonnet.

let me know what its worth and so on, i'd like as much info as possible.

Depends where you are X-plod. I was advertising in Perth for months b4 I found a decent Coupe body. Are you familiar with all the coupes "problem spots?" If you're not, don't hesitate to offer some $$ to somebody that does, and that can examine it closely for you.
These cars are getting hard to find, and there are some silly prices being asked (and paid !!) for them. Unfortunately, what might look great to the untrained eye, may end up being a bucket of PUSS that costs a fortune in the long run.
If it's running a big block, then surely there'd have to be engineers certs etc. What do they want for it ??
