My mewly aquired XB indicator stalk is just that, indicators only. The headlight dimmer is the floor dip switch style, and I have no horn button. Is this correct for this model? Where should the horn be?

the xb had the hi-beam and horn on the stalk, which is why the xa crowd feel so pre-historic

Someone has gone to a bit of trouble in the past then by replacing the XB stalk with an XA type and then fitting a floor mount dimmer switch for the high beam.

the LTD's of the XB era had floor mounted dip switches and rim blow horns as per XY GT, so could be an LTD switch you have there

The horn should be on the indicator lever push in and the high beams also on the indicator pull towards you. I know this cause i put this set up on the xa and removed the floor high beam switch.

Hmm.. I know the horn is on the end of the indicator stalk, but I thought my high-beams were the second depression of the headlight button... I'll check if I remember.
