confused XB Falcon For Sale??

I am looking at buying a XB Fairmont 302c ,C4 ,B+M Shift kit,9" diff.
It checks out fairly original (VIN,Plates etc),even the colour.Paint job pretty good.It has all the fairmont chrome trimming,Interior reasonable and little or no rust in vehicle.
Motor and running gear seems reasonable.
Currently unregistered.
WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK IT IS WORTH ,ROUGHLY???????

Re: XB Falcon For Sale??

If it's not a GS it could be somewhere up to 3 grand to the right person and you could probably add $1500 if it's a GS.

Re: XB Falcon For Sale??

That certainly dosent guarantee it's a genuine FACTORY GS tho. Need to get old vehicle report from ford to be certain.

The Ford report will list out all the options. Option 48, GS Rally Pack.

GS Is factory option, not dealer.

Not neccessarily - if you email Ford customer services with chassis/vin # they will get back to you the following day, I have done this - although I'm pretty sure I had to provide proof of ownership and I.D. - so you could get current owner to do so which he will if he wants to sell. Though now being friday wont be till monday/tuesday.

Cheers, Cheyne
