Coupes are getting pretty hard to find these days. From what I've seen, and this applies to all model coupes, a good clean example would be $10K minimum while a roughy with a reasonably rust free body and good basics for restoration would be around $5K.
They're pretty thin on the ground these days and to just limit yourself to XC GS you'll need to be a very patient man. A good place to start would be to contact the various car clubs.
