Re: XT GT PHOTO"S

You remind me a bit of my mum and step dad, she owns an XR GT, he drove it, said it was a death trap and paid for a ground up rebuild, he also gave her a new daily driver an EL GT. Love the car by the way.

I was looking for an XR GT as it is the year I was born in, but finding a good genuine one is hard to find. My husband has a blown 57 chev, and I have the gt. I suppose the chevs o.k. but the gt is better.

Couldn't agree more that you got the better deal... nothing against Chev though. Congrats.

I love the XT, saw a nice one in a mag last month, totally black. The only thing that spoilt it was the hardware poking through the bonnet, as I like original lines. I wouldn't have turned it down though, lol.
