Well, while working with my carb, I knew that it was time for a thorough cleaning and a rebuild. After cleaning and searching for some time, I cannot find a serial number.

It does however still have a carb tag on it;

D7TE
CSA
A 7M 8

Also the other main identifier is that then carb is a 4 barrel of spreadbore design. The manufacturer labeled is on the carb is motorcraft.

any help would be appreciated as to figure out the model number so i can go ahead and start looking for a rebuild kit. after some searching it looks like it could be a 4300b or a 4350?

once again any help would be very much appreciated. I also have some pictures if they may be useful to help identify it.

I don't know for sure, but maybe someone else can help. It sounds like a factory Ford Motorcraft carburetor. Some 460's had Holley carbs, others Carters, etc. Yes, a picture or two could help measurabley.
