i currently have an 87 ranger. it was a gas motor truck that was converted to the diesel from previous years. i will be pulling this motor to install a 460 that i traded a set of 429 heads for. i know gonna be a pain but tired of 55mph bein it. any and all help on a parts list or do's n dont's is greatly appreciated. stickin with a set of cast manifolds to help with installation. the motor is a dt9e casting with an intake casting of d9te-da. so some where between 86-87 i think. have to pull valve covers for head #'s. has a squarebore intake. not worried bout 1000+ hp or extreme grunt. just need intake,carb, and electrical wiring help. thank you for any and all help that is provided.
