alluminum heads for 460/ dont know the manufacturer???

built my first engine, a 514 stroker. i had all the machine work done at a reputable machine shop and ordered all my parts through the same machine shop. long story short i ordered a pair of edelbrock 95cc alluminum heads for a 460. when i got the heads they didnt say edelbrock on them. when i asked the the guy about them he said that they where an edelbrock cast with the same specs. i hadnever heard of this bt being young and inpatiant i took his word for it, but now that im done its on my conscience and im not sure. the heads have two diferant numbers stamped on them but i have nothing to referance them to. has anybody heard of this before andgive me any ideas how to identify them????? could they be ford heads?

Please post a few pictures of the cylinder heads, including a few shots with the valve cover removed, over the exhaust ports, etc.

NO-ONE makes a "duplicate" of the Edelbrock heads. All aftermarket 429/460 aluminum heads have their differences, a few that are worse than the Edelbrocks.

If you specifically ordered and paid for Edelbrock aluminum heads and did not receive them, then you might have some recourse against the engine builder if the heads you received are inferior.
