Please post a few pictures of the cylinder heads, including a few shots with the valve cover removed, over the exhaust ports, etc.
NO-ONE makes a "duplicate" of the Edelbrock heads.
All aftermarket 429/460 aluminum heads have their differences, a few that are worse than the Edelbrocks.
If you
specifically ordered and paid for Edelbrock aluminum heads and did not receive them, then you might have some recourse against the engine builder if the heads you received are inferior.
