Retribution

Hello Everyone

This is my first enging build so, please be kind. If I understand compression ratio correctly, it's the ratio between swept & clearance volumes.

So, how do you adjust the compression ratio? By milling the deck height or changing the bore size and/or grinding material from the clearance volume?

Please help a greenhorn out (and save me from screwing up).
