Hi Guys , I need some info . What is involved in changing a 1989 460 ci. EFI to a carburated engine ? Thanks for your help . AL

I would keep the EFI on it, the way gas prices are going, plus more power smoother running etc

You will need to change the cylinder heads and the intake manifold. The carbureted intake manifold will not work on the EFI heads.

Another option is to fabricate a carburetor adaptor for the EFI intake. We have fabricated thisadaptor and the motor it is on runs excellently. I regret to inform you that this product has not yet been released.
