Engine replacement

I own a 1972 Thudnerbird with 460ci engine and am going to have the engine replaced with a crate engine (date code is from a 77).

Where I am having the work done is a professional restoration shop and is going to clean up the entire engine compartment and hopefully it will look like it did when it rolled off the line.

Is there anything I should consider while the engine is out?

Check out my garage for pics.
