im looking for the stock timing speck for a 1975 ford ltd 460 4bl auto.

It's written on the valve cover and under the hood on the hood.

Stock timing for a 1975 LTD 460;

14 Deg BTDC Vac.line disconnedted and plugged.

Note; Set at 600 RPM
Note; 49 states only. Calif.cars and ALL cars with 3.00 rear axle- 6 Degrees BTDC.

Note3; If there are any modifications to the motor,throw out these specs and just figure out where it runs best without knocking at all.

it has crome valve covers and is not in the car any more thanks

thnks for the info its like driving a whole new car and milage went up 2 more mpg awsome
