Brakes Question: Kelsey Hayes calipers

Just wondering if anyone might know what the spacing is for the mounting tabs on Kelsey Hayes 4-piston calipers for: early Mustangs (narrower) vs those on the K-H calipers for early Lincolns? Also, are the steel cross-over lines interchangeable? (don't appear to be)

Just need to know center-to-center distance for each, and what size mounting bolts are typically used? Any info would be appreciated.
