I have built a Ford Sierra with a modified Escort Mk5 RS2000 16V engine, for racing purposes. To become a shorter drive ratio, I put a 4.27 rear diff unther the car, but now I would have a shorter gearboxratio also. Now I drive an original Sierra 2.0 DOHC gearbox, but I heard that the gearboxratio of the Mustang 2.3 Turbo was extremely short. Because they are very rare here in Belgium (Europe), I want to know if anyone can give me the gearboxratio of such a gearbox. Thank you very much.
