Deserves all he gets , driving in a residential street at 70mph after "between seven and ten " beers .What would have happened if a kid had stepped out ?

I completely agree. There was a similar story, only with a much grim ending. A few days ago, some rich 24 year old kid with 3 prior DUI's got behind the wheel of his Ferrari along with a fellow passenger drunk...................AGAIN! This time, the kid was not so fortunate, as his friend/passenger was killed on impact. So, not only does the kid get his 4th DUI, he also faces manslaughter charges. His days of joyriding and going to bars are long gone. He'll be doing quite some time behind a different set of bars!
