Okay, today I purchased a 1977 Thunderbird with a 400cid 6.6 Liter. I have been looking on Google for a Door Sticker Decoder for this year make and model and haven't had any luck. I am planning on getting an Edelbrock 2171 with a Edelbrock 1406 Carb. What linkage do I need to hook up the tranny and accelerator?
This car should have the C-4 transmission correct?

I'm a happy boy. When I was about 14 my dad had a 77 Thunderbird just like this with 36,000 miles (im 23 now). I thought the car was so cool, so I finally got one for myself. This is an exact carbon copy of his except, I don't remember if his top covered the front half. This one has 160k miles. No knocks/funny noises, owned by an old man since 1996. Very detailed service log, very well taken care of.
