63 t-bird accel flutter

i really need some help, this has already cost me alot.engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago.
63 t-bird 390 4 bbl,electronic ignit. car was running great,then started this.
question;
when car is at idle - it revs up fine and sounds good.but when i put it in gear it does the following.
when i slowly accelerate up to about 30mph it seams fine, but then as i accelerat higher - the engine has a flutter.i can floor it and hits passing gear and the car gose like a bullet-BUT HAS THE FLUTTER.
i now had the carb. rebuilt,elect gas pump checked,gas flow checked,new plug wires,new plugs.
i really can us some help.
