66 T-Bird Convertible Power Windows stuck shut

I love my car...

I do not love windows, and I'm not speaking in an IT sense, I'm speaking about the damn power windows in my T-Bird.

I have replaced all motors but the driver rear. If i am not careful about raising the windows to the max and slightly backing off, I find the windows are jammed the next day. Sometimes some decent downward pressure and a 2nd set of hands will get it to go down. Sometimes not. In the later, i have to pull off the panels and loosen the bolts to release torque - windows come down.

I've replaced the motors and gears with replacements from Pat's. Are there hidden adjustments I can make? Do i need to replace a stopper of some sort?

While I have your attention, where do i go for part trading? I'm curious what other 66 owners have laying around that they may wish to get rid of.
