I have electrical problems(possibly). I don't have right turn or left turn signals, but i do have hazards. The bulbs outside work when the hazards are on, and in the dash works, but when i try regular turn signals, i have nothing, inside or out. any suggestion would be a great help.

You probably have two seperate flahsers. One for turn and one for hazards. Unless you have sequential turn signals this is the way to go- find the flashers and try a new one in place of your old turn flasher.
