1975 F600 towtruck
I dun it now .. the neighbors are gonna flip ... whadda ya do ? It was a good deal, at an auction where not many people showed up.
Its a 75 F600 tow truck. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it for sure , but I bought it ! it runs very smooth, starts well, and turns very sharp, it'll nearly rear-end itself I think. I have a few ideas on the go.... sell it ? 4 door it with a long box ? 4 door bronco type unit ? it was too cool to let it slip away any way ya slice it .The VIN F60ECWXXXXX is giving me trouble, none of the on line decoders I have tried will give me an engine size. Some say its a 300, but its definately a V8. It just looks cool with the 73 CC , the 78 CC and the two 78 Broncos. Anyone have a heavy truck decoder that tells what the E is for ? This unit has only 60,000 miles on it,and was used to tow school buses.
