SUPERHAPPY Registered User Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 2	5 speed spicer transmission 1967 ford howe fire truck c series 850. I replace the throwout berring in the transmission and disconnected the shifter linkage to drop the transmission. Now I cannot get the gear shifter to shift the transmission into reverse. I think the linkage is not adjusted right. thanks
