whats up guys and gals? i have just recently aquired a 70 F100 and i am wanting to know where could i get parts for it? i checked EBAY and that was a joke. i saw a pic a while back of a 70's model with a billet grill and i think i want one so any help finding parts will be greatly appricated(sp).

the only problem i have is the motor that is in the truck. it has a 352 from what the guy i got it from said. he says its a 352 bored 60 over to be a 366 or something like that. i dont know much about these motors. but everybody has to learn sooner or later. thanks for the info though

well never2 old to learn something new if you want to buy parts for your engine just buy the parts for a 352 because if it is bored than the only thing that would be changed is the pistons and cyclinder bore diameter, everything else would stay the same unless he did more mods that he didnt tell you about.
personally i wouldnt bore one of those out 60 over because your cylinder walls become thin i usually only go to 40 over.
also maybe someone knows different than me but i dont think a 60 over on a 352 gives you 366cu in
i was thinkin more like 360 or 362 at the most, i might be wrong but i can find out for sure if you want me to check my desktop dyno program that calcs displacement.

about the only way i will ever find out what ahas really been done to the engine is to rip it down and mic it. but for now i am going to drive it.

i did run my displacement calc just for fun and it came up to 362.2 cu in with a 60 over bore.
this proves that i must know something about cars and engines i just cant remember what it is.

About the LMC. Service was great, and shipping was very reasonable. It's been a few months since I've ordered anything.

Where did you pick up that dyno prog? That could be pretty useful.

there are a couple different dyno programs for the computer the one i have is from mr gasket and all i did was have a friend bring his cd over and install it on my puter, probably worth about $40 but there are some real serious programs available too if you want to get serious i was looking at one and contemplating whether i wanted to buy it or not, it is one used by professional NHRA drag race teams.
you can do just about any calc you can imagine but it will cost $120 for the cd.
the cheap one are pretty fun though and fairly accurate. you should be able to find one through a local parts store if not just let me know and i can find a link for you to buy online.
