I was wondering why my spark plugs keep seizing up in the holes like they been torqued too tight. I have to use anti seize lub on the threads so loosen easier. I was wondering what causes this?

Yes heat, and torqued too tight. You probably changed the plugs with a hot engine.
Then you try to take the plugs out again with a cold engine. The head has shrunk
around the theads seizing the plugs. that engine uses 18 M.M. plugs and torqued to 12 lbs. cold.

this happens when engine is cold. i never change my plugs when the engine hot.
