'72 Ford F-100 Custom Classic

I have a '72 Ford F-100 Custom Classic in need of an emergency break cable setup. I am clueless about trucks and so I need help figuring out the name of the part I need, and where I can get one. I have included pictures so that you can see where the piece should be. It was described to me as an "intermediate lever cable". It is located about mid-way down the car's body. I got a short video of the area, and I can load it onto youtube for viewing if anyone could use a little better view. But really, thanks a ton to whoever helps, because I've been searching for this piece and just can't find it.

The e-brake cable shown in your photo will connect to an equalizer. The 2 e-cables from each rear wheel, will mount through the two holes (shown in photo below) and connect to the equalizer.

The equalizer is probably going to be a junkyard item.

This is not from a Ford Truck, but same principal.

Re: '72 Ford F-100 Custom Classic

Awesome! Thank you so much! Even a diagram? Amazing... So, I have checked around at all of my local junk yards/wreckers and none of them have a '72 ford. Are there any other makes or models with a similar setup? And what would I tell them I was looking for? The emergency brake assembly, i.e. equalizer, cables...? Thanks a ton! I believe the mechanic mentioned I could use the same setup from '69-73 models, but I think I am mistaken... God bless!
