'72 Ford F-100 SportCustom 351 or 390?

I currently have a 72 f-100 sportcustom with a stock 360/2BL/Dual Exhaust(glass packs)/stock height/ powder coated white stock 15" rims/longbed

With these into consideration (if it effects it at all) which motor would be best to put in, a 351 or 390.

Just want some pro's con's and just your guys' opinions on the two.

Which 351? Bear in mind, the 360 has better torque than the 390, but the 390 does have the horses.

351windsor , just because parts are harder to find for cleveland (including the engine itself)

My 360 does have alot more torque then the 390, just not the horses.

Well, I gave you my answer as a reply in "Introduce Yourself". What are you wanting to do with it? Pull, haul, 4X, or just go fast?
