Don't you mean 240 ci Straight Six ?? if so then a 302 Cleveland will Bolt straight onto your Gearbox and Bell-Housing.Sandwich Plate and Starter Motor are also the same.However,although the Flywheel will bolt on and line up in every way...you cannot use it unless you get it Rebalanced to suit a Cleveland V8...otherwise it will be way out of balance,vibrating and shuddering as you drive.Or you can just use a V8 Manual Flywheel out of a Car or something.These look the same, but the V8 Flywheels have a Counterweight Cast into them.You may also need to rotate your Gearbox Crossmember around for Steering-Box clearance.You should also use Car Type V8 Cleveland Engine Mounts and have Engine Mounting Bases made up and welded to your Chassis or Front Crossmember or something.There will be a few other things you will have to do,but these are the main things...Goodluck !!!
