Given that I will shortly be in the market for about 6-8 litres of the stuff, what would you say is a "going rate" for acrylic car paint, in a metallic colour (not candy apples - just standard metallic), per litre?

Pearl Green for my EA from autobarn 4 litres cost me $110 or there abouts.

2 litres of the 4 is metalic fleck ......... lol

Um... do you mean $27.50 per litre or $110 per litre? If it's the former, that's awfully cheap! How did it go on? Any good?

$110 was the total cost of the 4 litres, Ford was going to be $175 (trade price the guy told me).

It went very well I thought see here : Windows tinted & Body kit mostly fitted

Looks very nice indeed! Was that colour matched, or an off-the-shelf colour? Sorry for all the questions - I suppose I should just get my arse to Autobarn to have a look myself..!

Was just off the shelf, could probably have done with a slight tint to it for better colour match, but after its buffed I dont think it will be all that different from the original colour.

Questions are fine, better to know then not.
