Yeap mate, the door handles aren't too hard to install,
1. Take the electric mirror plastic cover from the inside above the door trim.
2. Door trims have to come off, 4 screws and 2 bolts you'll need a number 10 with an extension bar to reach in the bolts. For some of the bolts and screws they'll have a plastic cover over them.
Note: For drivers door you have to remove the lock button at teh top of the door first with a plyer wrapped with electrical tape to prevent it marking the lock buton.
3. unbolt door handle and replace the door handle with the chrome ones and re-attach the handle cable.
Cost would be about $20 each for the chrome handles. Hope this helps.
