Hey guys, the person who bought my car originally obviously didn't get the factory body kit. Which includes small flares on the sides of the front bar, and side + rear skirts. Just wondering where abouts i'd find these factory items. ANy ideas?

You can see the side/rear skirts on this Indepentent ute. It has something written on the side skirt in front of the rear wheel. My ute which is the same model/colour just rolls down to the standard sills.

Also is it possible to get a hard top and keep the chrome bars?

I would expect your Ford dealer would be able to supply the kit or any components of it you need ( might hurt though ). Somewhere like canberra car styling or similar might be able to supply aftermarket copies or alternatives for less . .
