Gents, firstly let me say Gday, have been trolling these forums for a month now and finally decided to join..

My question to you is:

I have an AU-1 XR6 ute, no body kit, and what I'm after is an 'infill' for the rear bar, basically I like the stock clean lines of the ute, but can't stand being able to see half my spare wheel from the rear, I have seen millions of complete rear bars (and dont want one), side pods etc, but not a single auto style place I have called does just a basic little infill.

Is it just me or is that nuts ?

So, my quest continues and with your help I'm hoping to find what I seek...

If not, I'll make one (I was in the motorcycle trade for 15 years and have done more than my fair share of fiberglassing), if I am reduced to making one I may as well make a plug and knock out a dozen of them and sell 'em..

maybe a pursuit 250 rear bar will fit the ute, but then it will look stupid cause you will have a big a$$ rear bar and no bodykit.

The tickford one doesnt cover the ugly tyre sticking out, so I cant help you out...
