I've got some surface rust on the inside of my 1970 Galaxie door panels and I was wondering what is the best thing to do after sanding it back. I was thinking of spraying on some zinc rich primer but I'm not sure if this is enough.
Any advice would greatly appreciated.
Thank you :hy:

G'day,
if the car has not been painted yet.....do NOT use fisholene.
fisholene is a silicone and will only give your painter headaches...like armour-all
Just reading back on your original post, i am not convinced on zinc primers either, due to the many things said about oxidisation between dis-similar metals, esp zinc and iron based.
Cheers
Jas
