Just got the zh ltd home on the trailer. didn't realize the door was locked and just thought the drivers door sag was making it hard to open. end result ..... broken door handle!!! Yes, I know I'm a goose, but anyway. does anyone know of a fix for the door sag?

Get a door hinge rebuild kit for your model . i guess xa-xc falcons use the same hinges
It comes with new pins and bush's

well i hate this subject coz i used to suffer this my self and if your dorrs only sag abit then it stresses the handles and break fast, i used to get new pins but they dont last long these hinges suck but when i got my car restored i bought new hinges off ford and they are stronger and dont sag like the old hinges do but they arent cheap $80 each and there are 2 to each door lol. so u can replace pins regualy cheaper but these hinges i got from ford are just by looking at them u can see they are stronger they are thiker and the pin is thicker. the ford rep i talked to recons ford learnt by there mistake with these new hinges lol. but like i said they arent cheap

there`s another way to do it but its not going to last, simply adjust the door higher than usual and then let it drop to the inline position and then the door should open and close easier
