Hey there, just wondering if there are any tips or tricks to remove the front bumper bar from a ED falcon? and also, whats the best way to remove it, Never done one before, Just really wanting to know the best way to do it..

Ok I will guess the same as an EA, 6 bolts in all.

inside the wheel arch (drivers side), towards the front right (near radiator), (front left passenger side near radiator as well), there are two 14mm (?) nuts to be removed, on the left will be behind the ABS (charcaol canister on an EA), and one holding the metal bar to the side of the bumber, straight up 13mm (?) bolt, bults up into the engine bay, near the headlight rear mounting point, then sorta wiggle, and wobble the bumber off, the horns will need to be unbolted off the bumper as well 10mm (?) bolts.

Putting back, make sure the plastic nobs, go back into the plastic guides on the front guards (will make sense when removed), and do the bolts back up.

As said thats an EA, and it was easy to do, I guess nothing changed too much.

Yeh pretty much what dellboy said but there are only 4 nuts (14mm) 2 on each side at the end of the rails and a big twist plug clip thingy on each side of the bar and plus the horn wires.
