exterior door mouldings

A mate of mine is thinking of buying an EA GL Falcon. He wants to change the door mouldings to ones from an S Pack. How should he remove the thin black door mouldings from the GL and replace them. I know this topic has been up here before but can not find it.

Any help greatly appreciated

Jason

I can only assume they are stuck on with some sort of double-sided tape. CATman has recently done this mod so should know more.
