meppwc Registered User Join Date: Jun 2010 Posts: 19	How to Clean Brushed Metal My 92 F-150 tailgate consists of painted area and a brushed metal panel that is either aluminum or chrome (not sure, maybe someone knows) I have tried everything that I can think of to clean and polish this brushed metal. Polishing cmpd, wax, silicone ... Does anyone know how to treat this metal correctly?
