i had a little accident last night with a median strip and as a result need a new front bumper for my ef. any ideas how much i could get one from a wreckers' for? cheers

yeah, they're pretty common so you shouldnt have any trouble getting a hold of one. just give it a good check over to make sure its not cracked or anything and you're set.

hey, is there a difference between early and late ef bonnets? i've noticed that while the gap at the front between the bumper and the bonnet on some are much smaller than on others.

im not too sure, but i have noticed it too. my EFII had a bit of a meeting with a 4WD not so long ago, and when i got it back (new front end), i actually thought the bonnet wasnt closing properly. so yeah, there could be a bit of difference there, i dont know. doesnt really matter though.

what kinda condition are they in?

i got a quote from a guy who said $160 for the bumper, and all up $385 inc. GST for the bumper, fitting and painting. deal or no deal?

160 Is A Good Price.. Ive Been Selling Second Hand Ef Bars In Good Nik For 250 Complete.
For $50 The Guy Who Sold It Is A Tosser Or Its In Crap Condition, Scratches Etc..
Theyre Not Common. Front Parts Are Hard To Get And Are Worth Good Money. Bonnets And Front Bars Are The Hardest 2 Items On An Ef To Find.
